Lara joined JTMEC in 2021 and currently leads our Human Resources and HSE functions. As the HR and HSE Manager, she works closely with the management team to provide technical expertise, strategic support and practical solutions across all HR and HSE matters.
In her role, some of Lara’s key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies, strategies and initiatives with a focus on values, culture, leadership, behaviours, performance and safe work practices
- Ensuring legal compliance, internal controls and industry best practice
- Analysing trends and data relating to the employee lifecycle and performance
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and supporting leaders across the business
Lara has completed a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Human Resource Management and Leadership and Management.
